  This Waffle House is by far the best one I've ever been to. The staff does a great job making you feel at home every time you come in. The manager is one of the greatest guys they could have run this branch. My meal is always made fresh and warm. Stephanie and Heather also do a great job making sure you're taken care of. Would recommend this place to anyone in town!

  Oh no... I love Waffle House, til today :(.   Honestly have never seen such an unorganized unprofessional rude staff at Waffle House.   Damn, we were really looking forward to our favorite road tripping breakfast.   We walked out!!!  Went down to Cracker Barrel where they were very friendly.

  Stopped in for breakfast on our way beck to Columbus from Indianapolis. This is hands down one of the best Waffles houses we have been to. The place is super clean and the staff is some of the nicest people you will meet.
  The food was insanely quick and hot and tasted perfect.
  
  We will probably stop by again on our next trip out that way.

  WORST WAFFLE HOUSE EVER!!!
  
  Let me start by saying I have eaten at this location before and it was not bad. Our visit tonight however was a different story.
  
  We started off by ordering 2 cups of coffee and 4 waters. The kid waiting on us seemed confused because my kids were in the restroom washing their hands and not visible. He then brought us old cold coffee. I had to asked another server for straws.
  
  When we ordered food I began to order the all star special. I order my eggs over easy. He replies "do you want the whites done?" I repeated that I would like them over easy. He stated "I have to yell and order them like over medium or over light". I reply well then over light, it's the same thing.
  
  He brought us the check before the food. When the food arrived he sat it down and walked away. He then proceeded to go to the other side of the restaurant to do whatever he was doing. I had to ask someone else for some more fresh coffee.
  
  After we were finished eating he came to ask if everything was ok. I told him the grits that my daughter ordered were awful. He asked did we want different ones. Obviously not they are bad and we are finished eating. I tried to hand him some of the plates and he replied that he just came to check on us not take the plates. That he was getting ready to clock out and we were his last table of the night.
  
  The part that took the cake however, was as we were getting up we watched a bug scatter across the floor in the kitchen area.
  
  Do not eat here!!!!

  1st let me say waitress Amanda you rock..waffle house is lucky to have you. Arrived after 1 a.m. after the big 10 play offs at lucas oil arena..place was packed...thats where amanda super waitress emerged.worked quickly efficiently to serve cutomers,help cook,clean tables,cashier...was so amazed she stayed calm cutting no corners with all the customers.even took the time to send us on our tired way with to go beverages...food was good hot ..
  Hope this place realizes what a good employee she is...it was because of her Buckeye fans were fed and happy in the wee hours of the night..thank u amanda!
